Joel and I took advantage of having Labor Day off, and spent Sunday to Monday camping at Ohiopyle State Park. We made good use of our ever-growing collection of camping gear and our new bike rack. One problem: 13 miles of biking makes your bum really sore!
Joel took me to Erie for my birthday this year... It's like New England, but only 3 hours away!
Because we are crazy, we decided to tear down the wallpaper and repaint the kitchen... And it turned out great. The color looks much less scary in person, though, so you'll have to come visit to make a real judgment.

After Thanksgiving, Joel's mom and older brother Seth graced Pittsburgh with their presence. Because of the momentous occasion, we trekked all over Western PA to see the sites and photograph graffiti and scenery.
While Joel's mom & brother Seth were visiting us here in Pittsburgh in November 2006, we made the trip out to see Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater.
